Janene Bergen, Voice

Janene holds a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Music Performance from the University of Montana and a Master's Degree in Vocal Music Performance in Opera and Art Song and Oratorio from the Vienna Academy of Music and the Performing Arts in Vienna. She has experience as a private tutor, an English instructor in Vienna, Hand Bell Choir Director and most recently as a substitute teacher in Oak Park.

Janene sang a leading role in Mozart's Cosi fan tutte, performing in Vienna and touring throughout Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. She has made appearances as soprano soloist in Chicago, Springfield, Indiana, Michigan, Vienna and France and performed as a member of the Chicago Symphony Chorus under Penderecki, Eschenbach, and Boulez.
