Adult Instruction

Adult Instruction

CIM encourages all ages, including adults and seniors, to participate in music education. Our professional staff will accommodate any level of experience, whether you're beginning or continuing in musical studies.

Private Instruction:  Adult music students may start from the beginning or pick up from where they may have left off at some previous time.  We encourage adult students of all backgrounds in music to come back to music or to make this a new beginning.  Lessons are enjoyable and relaxed.  The pace is set at the desire of the student.  It's never to late to start, music instruction is appropriate for any age.

Adult Class Recitals:  Each semester, adult students have the opportunity to listen to and/or perform for each other in a relaxed, supportive setting. Each "class meeting" is followed by refreshments, time to discuss performances and pieces, and have the opportunity to socialize with fellow adult music students. All adult students who wish to attend are encouraged, but not required, to play. Performances include pieces in various levels and styles.
